Centennial Hills is located in the North West part of The Las Vegas Valley, approximately 14 miles from the strip, and 22 miles from McCarran International airport. Being one of the newer master planned communities, growth is all around.

The new state of the art, Centennial Hills Hospital will be open mid to late 2007. Current residents are excited about the future “Great Mall of Las Vegas“ positioned to be the largest shopping mall west of the Rockies. I-215 and I-95 give great access to the entire Las Vegas Valley. Sales began in early 2000 and have been strong ever since with homes ranging from small condominiums, for first time home buyers to over sized homes on huge lots.

Recreation options are abundant. Nearby Floyd Lamb state park offers everything from fishing to hiking, and picnic areas. Mount Charleston offers skiing, sledding, hiking, Horseback riding, and lodging. For the golfer there are numerous options available from small driving ranges, to multiple 18 hole golf courses, all within a few minutes drive.
