Paradise living planned 50 miles Northwest of Las Vegas

Coyote Springs will be located 50 miles Northwest of Las Vegas at the junction of US Highway 93, and State Route 168. 30% of the community will be located in Clark County, and 70% located in Lincoln County. Coyote Springs will be a 43,000-acre master planned community developed by Pardee Homes with the first model homes scheduled to open in late 2007, or the first part of 2008. Work is in progress on the 32,000 square foot community center, 17-acre man made lake, and a 2500 seat outdoor amphitheater.

Completion of Coyote Springs is scheduled for 2047, or maybe 2057, when complete Coyote Springs will have some 12,000-acres of Nature Preserves, Trail Systems, Parks, Multi Species Habitats, multiple Golf Courses, A Major Golf Training Center, Vacation Golf Villas, and be home to an estimated 160,000 to 200,000 residents.
