Los Prados is home to 2 distinct communities. One of which offers Active Adult Living, which requires that one person living in the home is 55 years of age or older.

Los Prados has a community center / club house, which can be used by all residents. The community has 2 public swimming pools, and tennis courts. There is also a man made lake, that adds to the beauty of the area. A separate RV parking lot is a highly regarded amenity within this guard gated community. It is close to freeway access, shopping, local casinos, and restaurants. Residents are proud of the pristine maintenance of the common areas, and golf courses throughout the year.
