Guard Gated Golf Community

Painted Desert Golf Club opened in 1987. It was the Las Vegas Valleys first true desert golf course. In 1998 homes began to be developed around the course.

Now there is a 460 acre community comprised of condominiums, villas, and single family homes. Many of these homes have great golf course, and mountain views.

It is guard gated for security, and has a very rural feel although it is located directly off the I-95, in the Northwest section of the valley. The Painted Desert community remains popular to this day, because of its proximity to Centennial Hills, Town Center in Summerlin, Mount Charleston, and Floyd Lamb State Park. Painted Deserts amenities include a Jay Morrish designed public golf course, resident’s only pools, tennis courts, jogging, walking, and bicycle trails.
