MGM/Mirage group is developing a 66 acre site located on the famous Las Vegas Strip between the Monte Carlo Casino Hotel and the Bellagio.

This project will be mixed use there will be residential complexes, hotels, retail, dining,casino and entertainment sites.This area will be home to locals as well as people moving from other parts of the world. The first phase will include over 1600 condo units, a hotel casino with 4,000 rooms and three boutique hotels with about 400 rooms each. There will also be 550,000 sguare feet for retail space ,restaurants and entertainment.

This first phase will take approximately three and one half years with 2010 being the anticipated opening date. Project City Center will contribute to the first fast moving "Manhattanization" of Las Vegas.
